CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happen’s and sometimes appointments get forgotten, there is crazy traffic,  work meetings come up, kids get sick, etc. and there are times it’s simply not an option to keep an appointment. As of recent however we have experienced an increase in no-shows and last minute cancellations. Out of respect for other clients we have to turn down when a time is already scheduled and due to the financial sustainability of our business, we have created a cancellation policy to protect your time, our time and the business .

As of 11/1/2019, we will kindly and firmly be implementing the following policy:

We kindly ask that you give AT LEAST a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For no shows, cancellations and reschedules that are not given notice within 24 hours will be charged a fee equal to the full price of the service and time scheduled. We apologize for any grievance with this however will be firm and without exceptions for the reasons explained above.

If you foresee our cancellation policy to be a time management or financial hardship to you, we will gladly put you on the last minute notification list and notify you on the day before or day of available appointments that meet your preferred days and times. 

Invoices for missed appointments will be sent via email with a direct, secure link to pay with a credit card.  Once the payment has been made we will gladly schedule again for any requested days and time.

We appreciate your respect and understanding as we simply want to provide the most of our services possible. We truly love what we do and believe deeply in the therapeutic art of massage. A missed massage is a missed opportunity for both the client and for us, to serve our personal and professional purpose.
